About this website

This website introduces the recruitment and search services of Smart Hire Recruitment Solutions Ltd, trading as SmartHire IT and SmartHire EXE. Contact peter.horvath@smarthireit.com with questions.

Recruitment engagements

Website content and an initial enquiry do not by themselves create a recruitment engagement. The scope, fees, payment terms, confidentiality arrangements and any agreed replacement or other support are set out in the agreement for the relevant assignment. Those agreed terms govern the engagement.

Opportunities and decisions

Role information is provided to support discussion and may change. A conversation, assessment or introduction does not guarantee an interview, offer, appointment or hiring outcome. Employers and candidates make their own decisions, supported by the information available to them.

Search examples and testimonials

Search examples describe the stated brief, approach or outcome. Client names elsewhere on the site are not attributed to an anonymous example unless expressly stated. Testimonials describe the individual contributor’s experience.

Website use and intellectual property

Please use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to compromise its security or misuse information about clients or candidates. SmartHire’s original website materials and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Client marks belong to their respective owners.

External services and contact links

External websites are operated by their own providers. Email buttons prepare a message in your email application; you choose whether to send it. Availability of the website or an external service cannot be guaranteed at all times.

Responsibility

We aim to keep information useful and accurate. Please confirm details relevant to a particular hiring or career decision directly with us. Nothing in these website terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
