We are now seeking a Business Development Manager to join the Cloud Security Services department. This role focuses on driving growth in cloud security services within the Swedish market. The company supports over 200k technology companies and service providers worldwide, emphasizing the delivery of advanced cloud solutions. The role:

Team Overview:

You will be part of a dedicated cloud team comprising more than 10 members, within a broader specialist team. This opportunity allows you to join a leading player in the global technology sector and play a crucial role in expanding our cloud security services in Sweden. You will be the go-to person for all matters related to account management within the cloud security field. This role is pivotal in expanding our partner network across Sweden and collaborating with a larger team of more than 100 employees within the company.

Your business development activities will be supported by an arsenal of quality marketing resources by the marketing team, while your account management activities will be supported by highly experienced cloud specialists and technical professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

-Account Development:

Focus on strengthening relationships with existing partners and identifying growth opportunities in Microsoft Cloud Security Services. 80% of your efforts will target existing clients through key accounts, reoccurring business, and upselling.

-Sales and Business Development:

You will dedicate 20% of your time to securing new business, developing partner relationships, and aligning strategies with internal teams.

-Client Engagement:

Conduct 2-3 monthly meetings, mainly in Stockholm, to understand client needs and tailor cloud security solutions accordingly.

-Security Focus:

Leverage your cloud security expertise to provide guidance on best practices and stay updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

-Collaboration and Reporting:

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction. Regularly update senior management on market trends and sales progress, working closely with the business director to grow into higher responsibilities.

Requirements:

-Relevant Experience:

3+ years in sales and business development within cloud security.

Proven track record in hitting sales targets, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.

Knowledge of cloud security solutions across any platform

Experience with account management and revenue generation.

-Skills and Competencies:

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to manage the full sales cycle and understand customer needs.

Proficiency in Swedish and English, with knowledge of the local market.

Self-driven, ambitious, and creative, with an extroverted personality.

-Eligibility:

Located in the Stockholm metro area with legal EU work eligibility.

A valid driver’s license is required.
