Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Senior SEM Manager to lead our SEM team, drive business development, and convert warm leads and prospects into clients through strategic need discovery. This role is integral to our growth strategy, focusing on expanding client accounts and enhancing their growth through effective SEM, performance, PPC, and multichannel campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in team leadership, strategic planning, and revenue generation from both existing and new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4 SEM specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and develop individual growth plans for team members.
- Ensure the SEM team stays up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
Business Development:
- Work closely with the Head of Business to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Convert warm leads and prospects into clients by conducting thorough need discovery and presenting tailored SEM solutions.
- Build strategies based on prospect needs, deliver presentations, and manage proposals, and onboard new clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in potential client organizations.
- Ensure client growth of existent clients, and seek opportunities to extend services and support for further growth.
Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEM strategies to drive client growth and achieve performance goals.
- Oversee the creation and management of PPC and multichannel campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Client Growth and Revenue Generation:
- Expand existing client accounts by identifying opportunities for additional SEM services and solutions.
- Help clients grow through effective SEM strategies, increasing their ROI and overall performance.
- Generate additional revenue from both existing and new accounts by delivering high-quality presentations and proposals.
Presentation and Proposal Management:
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our SEM services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals are accurate, customized, and aligned with client needs.
- Follow up on proposals and presentations, addressing any questions or concerns from prospects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an SEM management role, with a track record of successfully leading teams and driving business growth.
- Proven experience in acquiring new clients in an agency setting.
- Strong expertise in SEM, PPC, and multichannel campaign management.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and analytically, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
- Experience in a global or multinational business environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in SEM tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics).
- Ability to work in a hybrid remote setup, with occasional travel as needed.
